§ 8-2-6 Display of Goodyear STR License Number on STR Advertisements; Penalties.
This section is included in your selections.
(A) The owner or the owner’s designee of the STR shall display the City’s STR license number on each advertisement of the STR for rent.
(B) A violation of this Section 8-2-6 is a civil offense subject to the appropriate fine for a verified violation pursuant to Section 8-2-9(A) and (B). (Ord. 22-1555, passed 9-12-2022)
