§ 8-5-1 Filing of application.

In any instance in which a person or entity has applied for a state license which would permit off-track betting at a facility within the corporate limits of the City, the applicant shall complete and file with the City Clerk an application for city approval. (Ord. 2001-754, passed 5-14-2001)
