§ 8-1-7 Exemptions.
The following persons are exempt from the registration provisions of this article, but remain subject to the remaining provisions of this article:
(A) Persons engaging in the sale of newspaper subscriptions;
(B) Members of nationally recognized youth organizations, including, but not limited to, the Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts of America and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, engaging in organization sponsored fund raising activities;
(C) School children engaging in authorized or school sponsored fund raising activities;
(D) Religious organizations engaging in the act of disseminating information regarding the beliefs of their faith.
