§ 6-2-2 Powers and duties.

The Municipal Judge shall exercise powers, duties and responsibilities provided by the Arizona Constitution and state law and this code. The powers and duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
(A) Submitting all reports required by the Constitution and the laws of the state;
(B) Reporting on the activities of the court as the Council may require;
(C) Fixing and receiving all bonds and bails and receiving all fines, penalties, fees and other monies as provided by law;
(D) Paying all fines, penalties, fees and other monies collected by the court to the City Finance Director;
