§ 6-2-1 Appointment; Compensation.

The City court shall be composed of a presiding Municipal Judge who shall be appointed by the Council for a term of two years and who may be re appointed. Compensation for the term of office shall be as determined by the Council. The Council may remove the Municipal Judge for cause. (Prior Code, § 6-2-1) (Am. Ord. 99-641, passed 2-8-1999)
