The division of land, whether by subdivision plat, minor land division, and/or lot split, shall comply with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Goodyear; any Zoning Conditions attached to the property being divided; the goals and objectives of the City’s adopted General Plan; the Engineering Standards; requirements set forth in the City of Goodyear Code of Ordinances; and all other applicable Federal, State, and/or local laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, policies and/or guidelines.
