§ 9-1-2 Conformance to zoning ordinance.

Whenever a building permit is issued and a building inspection performed, such building must conform to the provisions of the zoning ordinance of the City of Goodyear in addition to the provisions of this chapter. (Prior Code, § 9-1-2)
