The Council shall adopt from time to time by resolution fees for plan review, permit, inspection, occupancy permit and annual occupancy inspection and such other fees as the Council shall deem reasonable and appropriate for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare of the City. A schedule of fees containing fees as established by resolution of the Council and as they exist from time to time shall be kept on file with the City Clerk and with the Fire Department for public inspection.
