§ 4-2-6 Rules and regulations.

The Chief of Police shall adopt rules and regulations expressly defining the powers and duties of the Reserve, but such powers and duties shall not be in excess of those accorded to the police nor inconsistent therewith. (Prior Code, § 4-2-6) (Am. Ord. 90-312, passed 9-25-1990)
