§ 3-4-10 Compliance with federal requirements.

If a procurement involves the expenditure of federal assistance or monies, the Procurement Manager shall comply with federal law and authorized regulations which are mandatory and which are not presently reflected in this article. (Ord. 08-1137, passed 9-22-2008)
