The purpose of this section is to define and describe an orderly process by which Sworn Police, Sworn Fire and eligible non-Sworn Fire Employees of the City of Goodyear and their designated representatives can Meet and Confer with the City Manager or designee relating to their wages, hours, benefits and working conditions.
