In the event a modification of an assessment in a Municipal Improvement District is sought, the applicant shall file with the City Clerk a Petition for Modification of Assessment. Such petition shall be in a form provided by or otherwise acceptable to the City and shall list thereon the names and addresses of all persons claiming an interest in the property to be affected by the requested modification, including mortgage and lien holders. This petition shall be executed by all such persons with the signatures being properly notarized. (Prior Code, § 19-2-1) (Ord. 95-517, passed 1-10-1995)
