(A) The City shall notify in a timely manner each video service provider with a uniform video services license in the City of changes to the boundaries of the City.

(B) Audits, including audits of bundled services, of a video services provider’s books and records shall be conducted in compliance with A.R.S. § 9-1445. (Ord. 19-1458, passed 12-2-19)
