A licensee shall at all times fully comply with all City requirements regarding work within the City’s rights of way. As required by the City, all construction of any kind within the City’s rights of way must have prior approval by the Public Works Director. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and action shall be taken on any request for approval within three business days of the receipt of an acceptable request. Licensee shall be able to make emergency repairs where and if required by the City code. The City has the right to inspect the construction, operation and maintenance of the cable system by the licensee to insure compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 19-1458, passed 12-2-19)
