The subdivider shall submit an application in the form prescribed by the Community Development Department together with the application fee established by Council resolution and the application information and materials required by the Community Development Director or his or her designee. The subdivider shall also submit a title report showing the ownership history of the property demonstrating that a subdivision is not required. (Ord. 06-1024, passed 9-11-2006)
