Any person, firm, corporation or legal entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by a fine of not more than $2500 or by imprisonment in the City jail for not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist may constitute a separate offense. The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of these regulations. (Prior Code, Art. 15-7) (Am. Ord. 90-319, passed 9-25-1990)
