§ 13-1-2 Records of traffic violations.

(A) The Police Chief shall keep a record of all violations of the traffic laws of the City or of the state vehicle laws of which any person has been charged. Such record shall be maintained in the manner required by state records management procedures.
(B) All forms for records of violations and notices shall be serially numbered. (Prior Code, § 13-1-2)
