(A) Enforcement of Judicial Action. A user’s participation in any written or oral communication concerning violations will not exempt a User from formal enforcement or judicial action.

(B) Written Permission Requirement. A user seeking any modification of an enforcement requirement or other permission sought by a User from the Director must be in writing.

(C) Separate Actions. Any judicial proceedings initiated because of a violation of any section of this chapter shall not exempt a User from any judicial proceedings initiated because of a violation of any other provision of this chapter.
