Whenever a User has violated or continues to violate any provision of this chapter, a wastewater discharge permit, or order issued hereunder, or any other applicable federal, state, or local Pretreatment Standard or Requirement, water service and/or sewer service to the User may be severed. Service will recommence, at the User’s expense, only after the User has satisfactorily demonstrated to the Director that it is able and will comply. (Ord. 14-1290, passed 3-3-2014; Am.
