The Council shall designate one of its members as Vice-Mayor, who shall serve in such capacity at the pleasure of the Council. The Vice-Mayor shall perform the duties of the Mayor during the Mayor’s absence or temporary disability subject to the provisions of Section 15(A) of this Article.
