All commercial or industrial uses (except self-storage warehouses) which have an aggregate gross floor area of fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet or more, that require the delivery or distribution of material or merchandise by trucks measuring thirty-six (36) feet or more in length, including cab and trailer, shall provide an adequate number of off-street truck loading or unloading spaces as determined by the City in the Site Plan Review process.
