All outdoor lighting installations are subject to inspection/verification of the lighting equipment and illumination levels (adjusted for Light Loss Factors) by Planning & Zoning staff or their designee, prior to the issuance of the final Certificate of Occupancy or final Certificate of Completion. Installations that are determined by Planning and Zoning staff to not be in compliance with the approved plans shall be corrected and brought into compliance with the approved plans prior to the issuance of the final Certificate of Occupancy or final Certificate of Completion.
