Article 10-20 UTILITY EXCEPTIONS

Electric utility leased lighting shall not exceed a mounting height of 20.5 feet in Zone 1 and 27.5 feet in Zone 2. The light sources utilized in Zone 1 shall not exceed a color temperature of 3,500 degrees Kelvin. Planning & Zoning staff, at its discretion, may approve the use of the equivalent of a “Half-Night Photocell” instead of a 10:00 PM timed shutdown.
