Flagpole uplighting in Zone 1 shall not exceed the equivalent of two fixtures of 1,800 initial lumens each per flagpole. Uplighting in all other Zones shall not exceed the equivalent of two fixtures of 6,500 initial lumens each per flagpole. Flagpole lighting may operate all night, but is to be turned off at dusk if the flag is lowered.
