Full-cutoff fixtures only in Zone 1. Non-cutoff fixtures are allowed in Zones 2, 3, and 4, but the fixtures must possess a diffusing lens and be located so that the sides of the canopy will block any direct view of the lens or fixtures from beyond the property lines.
