§ 8-5-5 Council action.

The Council will take action on the application by roll call vote with each Council member voting, unless precluded by conflict of interest rules, for approval, disapproval or no recommendation. The results will be reported to the appropriate state authorities. (Ord. 2001-754, passed 5-14-2001)
