§ 8-4-9 Advertising without a license.

It is unlawful to advertise or hold out to the public the availability of an escort or escort bureau without obtaining a license therefor as provided in this article, whether the actual business of escort or escort bureau as defined in this article is performed. The escort bureau license number must be prominently displayed in such advertisements. (Prior Code, § 8-4-9) (Am. Ord. 12-1273, passed 12-10-2012)
