Each escort bureau licensee shall be issued a license in its name and in the names of each person who shall engage in the activity as an escort on its behalf. This license must be carried on the person of any individual while such person is engaged in the activity of an escort within the City and immediately available for display upon the request of any City police officer or other law enforcement official.
