Each park and swap meet participant shall submit daily to the proprietor or his or her designee a list giving the complete description of each item of property traded, bartered or sold by him or her which had a sale price of $25 or more or had or did have a serial number and the name and address of the person receiving the property. The proprietor shall be responsible for forwarding these reports to the Police Chief at the close of each day’s business. Forms for these reports will be provided to the proprietor by the City.
