(A) A STR must at all times comply with the federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to public health, safety, sanitation, solid waste, hazardous waste, tax privilege licensing including advertising requirements, property tax registration, traffic control, pollution control, noise, property maintenance, and nuisance abatement.

(B) No person including an owner or operator shall operate a STR in violation of this Section 8-2-3.

(C) A violation of this Section 8-2-3 is a civil offense subject to the appropriate fine for a verified violation pursuant to Section 8-2-9(A) and (B). (Ord. 22-1555, passed 9-12-2022)
