(A) An application for a permit required by this article shall be submitted to the Chief of Police in accordance with the procedures and timeframes provided in the peddler permit application process guideline, along with a nonrefundable application fee which will be set by resolution of Council.

(B) Upon receipt of this information, the Chief of Police shall approve and deny the application in accordance with the procedures and timeframes provided in the peddler permit application process guideline and as provided in this article.
