The uniforms for members of the Reserves shall be similar to the uniform worn by the members of the regular Police Department of the City and shall be purchased and maintained by the members at their own expense and at no expense to the City or Police Department of the City and shall be worn by members only when on actual and authorized duty as police reserve officers.
