§ 4-1-2 Appointment of officers.

The Chief of Police shall be appointed by the City Manager and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Manager. The City Manager shall provide for the appointment of as many police officers as may from time to time be deemed necessary for the safety and good order of the City. (Prior Code, § 4-1-2)
