If for any reason collusion or other anti-competitive practices are suspected among any bidders or offeror, a written summary of the relevant facts shall be transmitted to the Procurement Manager and the City Attorney. Anonymous reports may be considered if supported by verifiable facts. This section does not require an investigation by a law enforcement agency.
