§ 3-16-3 Committee membership and term.
(A) The Committee shall consist of the following:
(1) Two Presiding Judges;
(2) Two Members of the Arizona Bar Association; preferably City of Goodyear residents;
(3) Three Citizen Members;
(4) Goodyear Presiding Judge;
(a) The Goodyear Presiding Judge is a non-voting member seated for all matters except reappointment and evaluation of the Presiding Judge.
(5) Human Resources Director;
(a) The Human Resources Director is a non-voting member.
(B) Each member shall serve a term of two years.
(C) Term Limits shall be addressed in the Goodyear City Code, Chapter 3, Article 3-15. Term limits shall not apply to the Goodyear Presiding Judge or the Human Resources Director.
(D) Initial terms shall be staggered and one to three years in length. (Ord. 19-1454, passed 11-4-2019)
