§ 3-15-1 Term limits.
This section is included in your selections.
(A) Unless otherwise referenced in Subsection (B) below, members appointed to Boards, Commissions and Committees shall have a two-term limit.
(B) Members appointed to the following Boards, Commissions and Committees shall have a three-term limit:
(1) Board of Adjustment;
(2) Fire/Building/Code Enforcement Appeals Board;
(3) Industrial Development Board;
(4) Public Improvement Corporation;
(5) Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board – Police;
(6) Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board – Fire;
(7) Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board. (Ord. 19-1452, passed 11-4-2019)
