The Commission shall elect a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson from its members, and may create and fill other offices as it considers advisable and necessary or as provided in the by-laws. The ex officio members of the Commission are not eligible to serve as Chairperson. The term of each office shall be as provided in the by-laws. (Ord. 12-1267, passed 8-27-2012)
