(A) There is hereby created a City of Goodyear Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission to carry out the functions and duties provided in this article and to serve as a liaison between the Parks and Recreation Department and the citizens of the City of Goodyear. The Goodyear Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission shall be referred to herein as the Commission. The Commission shall operate under the guidance of Parks and Recreation Department Director.
