§ 3-12-6 Employee groups.
This section is included in your selections.
The Meet and Discuss/Meet and Confer process shall be limited to a total of four Employee Groups. They shall include:
(A) Eligible Sworn Police Officers in classifications up to and including the rank of Sergeant.
(B) Eligible Sworn Firefighters in classifications up to and including the rank of Captain and non-Sworn Fire Employees in Ambulance EMT and Ambulance Paramedic job classifications.
(C) Fire Battalion Chief.
