§ 3-12-17 Conflicts.

In the event of a conflict between (1) the City’s personnel rules, policies and procedures, or the City Manager’s directives, and (2) a MOU that results from the Meet and Confer Process, the MOU shall apply to the conflicting issue. (Ord. 11-1249, passed 10-24-2011)
