The Sister Cities Commission will (A) advise the City Council in all matters related to the development of one or more sister city relationships for the City of Goodyear, which would present possibilities for economic benefit and recognition of cultural diversity, and (B) advise the City Council about the ongoing opportunities for developing economic benefits and cultural diversity through the creation of programs and/or events related to sister cities.
