Unless there is a specific agreement between the property owner and the City relieving the property owner of responsibility, the property shall be responsible for the irrigation and maintenance of the trees planted in public rights-of-way abutting the owner’s property. Maintenance of City trees in medians and park areas shall be the responsibility of the Parks and Recreation Department. (Ord. 21-1496, passed 3-22-2021)
