(A) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as affecting the ability to initiate or continue concurrent or subsequent civil or criminal prosecution for any violations of the City of Goodyear Zoning Ordinance, or any other applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and/or regulations.

(B) A finding of responsibility for a civil violation of this Chapter or a conviction for a violation of this Chapter shall not excuse or exempt such person from the payment of any permit fee or penalty due and unpaid at the time of such finding or conviction. (Ord. 14-1301, passed 6-23-2014)
