(A) This article applies to the activities of a wireless provider within the right-of-way in accordance with State law and applicable City codes, regulations, and City regulatory processes.

(B) In accordance with A.R.S. §§ 9-591 through 9-599, the City shall enter into agreements, process necessary applications, charge fees, and issue permits concerning activities of wireless providers in the right-of-way. (Ord. 18-1378, passed 1-8-2018)
