§ 20-1-7 Appeal to council.

Any person who feels that any fee or charge determined and set is in excess of the percentage of reasonable costs to be recovered as provided in this chapter may appeal in writing to the Mayor and Council. (Ord. 10-1202, passed 5-10-10)
