§ 20-1-4 Parks and recreation department fees.

(A) The Parks and Recreation Department fees may fluctuate in an amount within the permissible fee structure for cost recovery as approved by resolution.
(B) The Parks and Recreation Department shall charge nonresidents of the City additional fees as approved by resolution. (Ord. 10-1202, passed 5-10-10)
