§ 2-4-5 Executive sessions.

Executive sessions of the Council shall be subject to call and notice as provided in the open meetings law. An executive session may be held before, during or after a regular or special meeting of the Council or at such other time as the Council shall determine. (Prior Code, § 2-4-5) (Am.
