§ 2-1-1 Elected officers.

(A) The elected officers of the City shall be a Mayor and six Council members. The Mayor and Council members shall constitute the Council and shall continue in office until assumption of duties of office by their duly elected successors.
(B) The term of office of the Mayor shall be four years.
