(A) It is unlawful for a video service provider to establish, operate or to carry on the business of video service in the City without first having been issued and continuing to hold a local license issued pursuant to this chapter.

(B) It is unlawful for any video service provider to construct, operate or maintain a video service network within the boundaries of the City without first having been issued and continuing to hold a local license issued by the City pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 19-1458, passed 12-2-19)
