It shall be a misdemeanor for any person or entity, without the consent of licensee, to willfully tamper with, remove, damage or destroy any video service network equipment used in connection with a network within the City; a violation of this section shall subject any person to a fine of up to $1,000 for any such violation. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense under this section. (Ord. 19-1458, passed 12-2-19)
